If you have never been to an ActiveX(tm) page, your commputer will auto download the ActiveX(tm) controls file. The controls file from Microsoft is 941K in size and may take some time to download.
This file will be used by your computer for every ActiveX page you visit, so you will
need this again but will only need to download it once.
Type your PaintShop Pro(tm) RGB colors in the boxes and press the Red-Green-Blue to Hex button.
The results can be cut and pasted into your HTML text.
The second result is the value that Microsoft uses for
the color value when ActixeX Control Pad generates an object.
